About Bikenest

Bikenest is a customer-to-customer (C2C) platform that allows individuals to list, browse, and purchase used motorcycles and scooters directly from one another. Bikenest is not a dealer, broker, or party to any transaction between users.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use Bikenest. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You must provide accurate information in your profile and listings
• You may not impersonate another person or create multiple accounts to mislead others

Listings and content

When you post a listing, you represent that:

• You are the owner or authorised seller of the vehicle
• Photos and descriptions are accurate and not misleading
• The vehicle is not stolen and has no undisclosed liens or legal issues
• You are an individual seller — dealers and brokers are not permitted

We may remove listings that violate these terms or appear fraudulent.

Transactions between users

All sales are directly between buyer and seller. Bikenest does not:

• Guarantee the condition, ownership, or legality of any vehicle
• Handle payments, escrow, or delivery
• Charge broker commissions on transactions

Buyers and sellers are responsible for inspecting vehicles, verifying documents (RC, insurance, PUC), negotiating price, and completing registration transfer as required by law.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• List vehicles on behalf of dealers or brokers
• Post false, misleading, or duplicate listings
• Harass, spam, or abuse other users
• Use the platform for illegal activity
• Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer our services without permission

Intellectual property

The Bikenest name, logo, and platform design are our property. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a licence to display it on our platform for the purpose of operating the service.

Disclaimer of warranties

Bikenest is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every listing is accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bikenest is not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from transactions or interactions between users, including vehicle defects, payment issues, or personal injury.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting support.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Bikenest after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
